I am a technology reporter, presenter and consumer champion working across TV, print and online.

My beat includes consumer technology, mobile and telecoms; cybersecurity, cybercrime and online scams; online media, video and photography.

Resident digital consumer champion on BBC1 Rip Off Britain, I also lift the lid on cyberscams for BBC Watchdog, am a regular tech expert on ITV Good Morning Britain, a reporter for BBC1 Right on the Money and present Challenge TV tech show Planet of the Apps.
